Speaking, interviews and partnerships

An Olympic sprinter who talks the way she trains: fast, real and close.

I ran at the Olympics in Paris, I hold the Belgian record in the mixed 4x100m and I still check who's watching before I start my warm-up. That is the story I bring. Not the smooth one where the medal was always coming, but the one with a broken shin in 2019, two years of rehab and a confidence I had to rebuild from zero.

I'm a sprinter, a midwife in training and someone who runs the social media of other entrepreneurs on the side. So I know what it is to combine serious sport with a life that doesn't pause for it, which is exactly what most of your audience is doing too.

Whether you run a podcast, a school, a club, a company or a brand: I show up prepared, I say what I actually think and I leave people with something they can use on Tuesday morning.

Who books me

Made for rooms that want the real version

Schools

Students who need to hear from someone who was doubting herself at 17 too and still made it to the Olympic start line.

Sports clubs & federations

Athletes who want to get faster and stop comparing themselves out of the sport.

Companies

A keynote about pressure, setbacks and showing up, told by someone who feels that pressure every race weekend.

Podcasts & media

A guest with opinions, not a press release.

Brands

Products that fit in a sprinter's actual life and want to be seen by 36K women who train four to five times a week.

Signature talks

Built from start lines, not stages

I don't have a decade of stages behind me. I have a decade of start lines. Every talk is built from things I have lived, this season included. Pick one, or tell me your audience and I'll shape it for them.

Faster

What actually makes you faster, from someone who runs 11.29

Your first 10 metres decide your race. In this talk I break speed down into the pieces that matter — blocks, drive phase, mechanics, plyometrics — and show why most ambitious athletes train hard but never train fast. For clubs, teams and anyone who wants concrete drills, not vague advice.

The girl who checks who's watching

Confidence, comparison and belonging in sport

I ran at the Olympics and the doubt never fully left. This is the honest version of an athlete's head: the comparing, the 'am I good enough to be here', the way one injury can take your identity with it. And the practical things I did to rebuild it, so it stops deciding your pace. For schools, young athletes and anyone who trains with a loud inner critic.

Train with your cycle, not against it

How the menstrual cycle changes training, recovery and how you feel about your body

As a sprinter and a midwife in training, I sit on both sides of this topic. I explain what actually shifts in your body during the month, what that means for hard sessions, strength work and rest, and why nobody tells female athletes this. Practical, science-based and refreshingly unembarrassed. For female teams, clubs and sports schools.

Entrepreneurship is elite sport

What building a business and running a 100m have in common

Nobody sees the 6 am sessions, everyone sees the race. I take the rules of elite sport — preparation, setbacks, showing up when you don't feel like it, deciding what is yours to control — and put them next to the life of anyone building something. With a good dose of humour, because both are hard. For companies, networks and entrepreneur communities.

How a talk works

Built around the room

You tell me who is in the room and what they should walk out with. I build the talk around that, with real stories and real numbers, never a motivational poster.

Give me a good question

Whether we're talking about speed, the menstrual cycle in sport, coming back from an injury, or what it takes to train seriously next to a study or a job, I come with real opinions and stories your listeners will recognise themselves in.

Give me a good question and I'll give you an honest answer, also the uncomfortable ones. I'm happy to prepare with you upfront and I'll share the episode with my own audience afterwards.

Content & brand partnerships

Only products I actually use

I make content every day for women who train seriously. That means I know what lands with them, and I know it from both sides: I run my own channels and I run the social media of other entrepreneurs.

I work with a small number of brands each year, and only with products I actually use on the track, in the gym or in my kitchen. If I wouldn't recommend it to a training partner, I won't recommend it to 36K women either.

  • Content created by me, for your channels or mine
  • A brand woven into my daily training content, the whole season long
  • Long-term partnerships with a visible place on my kit, my channels and my website
  • Co-created series, for example a speed challenge or a cycle-aware training week

Every partnership comes with real numbers upfront and a real conversation first.

Events

Better live than on a screen

I come to your club, school or brand event for speed clinics, athlete days, brand launches, community runs and training camps for female athletes.

  • Speed clinics and track sessions for teams and youth groups
  • Athlete days at schools, with a talk in the morning and drills in the afternoon
  • Brand events, launches and community runs where you want an athlete who actually talks to people
  • Training camps and workshops for female athletes

Tell me the day, the place and the group, and I'll tell you what we can do with it.

Something else in mind?

Got something else in mind and don't know where to start? Drop me an email at hello@janie.denaeyer.be. Most good collaborations don't fit in a box. Tell me what you're thinking and I'll tell you honestly what I can do with it.
